Yusool is not a sport but a pure martial art with traceable roots dating back over 3000 years. Techniques include: kicking, punching, grappling, throwing, takedowns and weapons. Known as “the gentle art” Yusool uses soft flowing circular motions aimed at opponents pressure points, joints and vital organs. The techniques the students are taught are practised in order to develop a natural reflex action. Yusool teaches students to connect their mental and physical being creating a healthy individual.
