PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY

Here at Moo Sool Academy, our top priority is providing a safe, encouraging, and focused environment where our students can learn and grow.

To ensure the privacy and safeguarding of all our students, we kindly request that you  refrain from filming or taking photos during active class times, gradings, drills, sparring sessions or any other activities that are run by the academy.

The academy’s Photography and Videography Policy is in place to:

• Protect Everyone: Because martial arts training involves close contact, any photo and/or video taken of students in the studio inevitably captures other students who themselves or whose parents may not wish for them to be recorded or placed on social media.

We love celebrating you/your childs progress! Photos or videos may be taken before or after class under the following conditions:

• 👥 No other participants may be captured in the background.
• 🙋‍♂️ You must obtain prior consent from the lead instructor.
